The following Internet browser programs will give you access to our online services. Apple Mac users with the Safari browser should download the Firefox browser, if Safari does not perform properly with our services. Keep in mind, however, that most Internet services are created to be compatible first with Microsoft Internet Explorer, and secondarily with all other browser software, since Microsoft and Windows dominate the online and computer marketplace. (When you click the following two links, you will be leaving the credit union web site.)A) Contact Member Services to obtain a temporary password/PIN.
B) Go to our web site: www.stcloudfcu.coop
C) Under e-Branch, click Online Banking & Bill Pay.
D) After you have set up your login procedures, you can log in to Online Banking at www.stcloudfcu.coop, under eBranch > Online Banking & Bill Pay. If you ever see a Security Key image on this screen that is different than the one you created, you will know that you are not on the credit union site.
Use the same password for Mobile Banking and Online Banking.
Features: Some features may not be available on certain types of mobile devices. Select MENU button for options.
Use the HELP feature in Online Banking for details.
ACCOUNTS > Account Alerts: Monitor your accounts 24/7. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND that members use this free service. Receive automatic alerts by text or email.
ACCOUNTS > Balances: Hovering over a Loan ID allows you to print a Loan Coupon if you need one.
ACCOUNTS > Download: Export account data in Quicken and other formats.
ACCOUNTS > Financial Management: A simple way to manage and monitor your budget.
ACCOUNTS > History: View history of account transactions. Select “Advanced History” for more options.
ACCOUNTS > Year-to-Date: View year-to-date interest earned (savings) and/or paid (loans).
CHECK SERVICES: Includes option to view information on specific checks.
TRANSFER: Make transfers between your accounts or to another Member’s accounts.
BILL PAY: Use our free online Bill Payer service to schedule all your bills, one-time or recurring payments.
E-STATEMENTS: View your online account statements. Note: Use Account History in Online Banking to view up-to-the-minute account transaction details.
OPTIONS: Includes a number of options to customize Online Banking. Be sure to review them all.
OPTIONS > Secure Login Download: Allows you to log in using only your Password/PIN, via a desktop icon.
APPLICATIONS > Apply for Loans, Open Sub-Accounts.
HELP: Provides in-context help.

Online Bill Payer is accessed through Online Banking.
A) Go to our website: www.stcloudfcu.coop
B) Under e-Branch, select Online Banking.
C) After logging in to Online Banking, click Bill Pay.
D) Enter your email address when prompted.
Billing Due Dates: Bill Payer may need a lead time of 2 to 6 business days to pay your bills, from the date you tell the system to make the payments.
Payments are made to your payees by check or by ACH (electronic). As you enter each Payee, you will be informed immediately whether that Payee will be paid by ACH or by check. And even if it’s a check payment, it could be converted to ACH after the first payment is processed. So schedule your first check payments at least 6 days before the bill’s due date, to avoid a late payment.

C) On the eStatement Menu page, click on “Click here to Enroll in e-Statements”.
D) Step 1 of 3: Enter your Member Number in the box for “Enter Your Account Number”. Click Continue.
E) Step 2 of 3 - e-Statement Enrollment Form -- Complete the required fields.
F) Step 3 of 3: Review the Agreement at the bottom of the page. Click “I Agree”.

B) Click on MasterCard Online.
C) On the ATIRAcredit home page, click the My Account button and follow the prompts.
